A forth generation Colorado native, Enders attended Colorado State
University and started his building career after returning from military
service in Vietnam. His construction experience began in production
building, initially serving as a carpenter in field operations. He obtained his
real estate license and progressed into sales and marketing, management of a
Custom Building Division, and ultimately transferring to Arizona in 1982 to
manage and operate independent Divisional operations with multiple
residential communities. His responsibilities included land acquisitions,
entitlements, land development, product development, model home
complexes, sales and marketing, and warranty. His efforts earned various
company awards as well as local and national recognition to include
Homebuilder of the Year from the Southern Arizona Homebuilders
Association, Gold Nugget Award from the Pacific Coast Builder’s
Conference, and Achievement in Construction Excellence from the National
Association of Homebuilders. He currently serves on the Board of Directors
for the Yavapai County Contractors Association as well as the Council for
The Ranch Homeowners Association.
